Budget Cap Program

Our Budget Cap Plan is a 11 month plan beginning each year on July 1st and ending the following May 31st. Monthly statements are mailed on or about the first of each month and the payment is due by the 25th of that month.

We calculate your monthly payment by taking your annual amount of gallons and multiplying it by the Cap Price to come up with an estimated dollar amount for the year. We then divide that figure by 11 to get your monthly payment.

  1. Credit Balances over 30 days earn  interest* on Budget Account Balances
  2. You pay the Low Cash Price at the time of delivery and never higher than the Cap Price.
  3. You choose whether you want Automatic Delivery or Will Call for your deliveries. (We recommend Automatic Delivery)
  4. This Plan gives you both up and down side price protection! (additional cost for down side protection — call for details)
  5. Your Budget/Cap Plan monthly payment can be Automatically charged to your Credit / Debit Card each month. (Call for details)
  6. Sign up for this Plan is in June of each year.
