We can save you time and money and frustration! We will offer protection against the cost of repair and/or replacement of your oil tank for $19.95 per year. That’s our way of continuing to provide you with unique programs and assurance that there is added value in doing business with us.

OUR TANK PROTECTION PLAN WORKS LIKE THIS:

Under our tank protection plan, we will repair or replace any oil tank which leaks during the year of the annual coverage*. (July 1st through June 30th)

To enroll in our tank protection plan and receive your fuel tank guarantee, fill out the form below or call our office. This program is automatically renewed each year and your account will be charged accordingly. One billing covers you for a full 12 months. You won’t ever have to think about it again!

*This undertaking of Murray Oil extends only to replacement or repair as it deems necessary and proper and does not extend to: the cost of the removal or replacement of any part of the building necessitated by the oil tank repair, or replacement of any and all lines to and from the heating oil tank, or any code upgrades that may be required by the State of Maine Oil Burner Codes, and any and all other part of your heating system. In no event will the company be liable for incidental or consequential damages relating to or arising from any leakage, spillage or other escape of heating oil from the heating oil tank or any part of your heating oil system for any reason or course whatsoever. This program is not available for tanks having a greater capacity than three hundred thirty gallons or to any underground tank.
