At the disposal of Murray Oil & Propane’s customers is its team of service professionals. Along with sales, service, and installation of the very best in heating equipment, our technicians are fully licensed and trained.
Close relationships with our suppliers allow us to continuously further our technician’s training and stay on top of the latest in heating technology.

- Automatic contact for scheduling of annual Tune-up every year (upon request)

System Guard Plans
Our System Guard Plans were created to offer our customers security and predictability in the maintenance of their heating systems. The cornerstone of these plans is the annual tune-up (or preventative maintenance) that we will perform on your system annually to make sure your system is operating at peak efficiency, and includes our 40-point inspection designed to expose potential trouble spots so that we may repair them before a costly breakdown occurs. Our plans also offer various levels of protection for breakdowns & part failures depending on which plan you choose.
Value Guard Plan
Covers your annual tune-up and over 25 different components on your system. This is an excellent plan for warm air furnaces, boilers (no water parts coverage), oil or propane water heaters, propane heaters or hearth products.
Comfort Guard Plan
Covers all the items covered in the Value Guard Plan plus coverage for most of the primary water components of a hydronic heating system. This plan provides additional coverage for boiler systems.
Premium Ultra Guard Plan
Covers all of the items in both the Value Guard and Comfort Guard Plans plus many more components not covered under the other 2 plans such as combustion chambers, draft components, and many more. This plan also allows additional discounts toward the replacement of your heating system. This is the plan for those customers who really want to limit their exposure to costly repairs.
Oil Tank Guard Plan
Covers the replacement of your oil tank in the event that your tank ruptures or fails. An unpleasant thought for sure, but this plan will limit your exposure to the expense of an unplanned tank replacement.
